NIACL AO syllabus and Mains Exam Pattern 2019

The New India Assurance Company Ltd had released NIACL Administrative Officer Recruitment 2019 notification to recruit officers in Generalist & Specialist Cadre for a total of 312 posts. The Selection will be made through 3 stages i.e. Preliminary Exam, Mains Exam and Interview. The Preliminary Exam was conducted on 30th January 2019 in 2 shifts. The Result for the preliminary exam was declared on 5th Feb 2019. The Mains exam is scheduled to be held on 2nd March 2019. The brief details of Mains Exam Pattern and Syllabus is given below:

NOTE: Penalty of one-fourth of the marks for Wrong Answers.

Descriptive Test:

  • The Descriptive Test of 30 minutes duration with 30 marks will be a Test of English Language (Letter Writing-10 marks & Essay-20 marks). The descriptive test will be in English and will be conducted through on-line mode.
  • A candidate shall be required to qualify in the descriptive test, but the marks in the descriptive test will not be counted towards short listing for interview or final selection.
